Question 1

Do I need to replace my existing ticketing system to use TickX?

Accepted Answer

No. TickX sits on top of your existing ticketing system, Spektrix, AudienceView, Ticketure, AXS, Universe, and many more, reading live data via API. Your ticketing system stays the system of record; TickX layers marketing, revenue, and checkout tools alongside it.

Question 2

Which TickX solution should a venue start with?

Accepted Answer

The highest-leverage first move depends on the biggest gap. If conversion is the issue, start with branded checkout (Flows). If marketing ROI is the issue, start with IQ for first-party audiences and attribution. Most venues implement one and add the next within a quarter.

Question 3

How long does a TickX implementation take?

Accepted Answer

Most rollouts go live in weeks, not quarters. Flows embeds into your existing site; IQ connects via API to your ticketing system and your ad accounts. There's no data migration because TickX doesn't replace anything, it reads from what you already run.

Question 4

How does TickX measure ticket sales across ad platforms?

Accepted Answer

TickX IQ sends server-side purchase events directly to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn, X, and Spotify conversion APIs. Measurement stays accurate across cookie restrictions, ad blockers, and browser privacy changes because every event comes from your server, not the browser.

Question 5

Can TickX integrate with the CRM and email platform we already use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. TickX pushes audience and trigger data into HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Iterable, SendGrid, and several SMS platforms. Your team keeps the templates, approvals, and tools they already know; TickX adds the real-time ticketing signal that makes every send more relevant.

Question 6

How is TickX priced?

Accepted Answer

TickX is priced per product, Flows, Pricing Genius, PostRev, and the Core bundle, and scales with volume. IQ is included with Flows and can also be licensed on its own. Exact pricing depends on the products chosen and the size of the venue; see the pricing page or book a demo for a quote tailored to your stack.
