Question 1

What are Gift Cards for experiences?

Accepted Answer

They are branded digital Gift Cards a customer buys on your own website and gives to someone else, who redeems the value against a booking. Unlike a generic voucher, the designs, values, messaging, delivery and expiry rules are yours, and the recipient experience carries your brand from the email through to the visit.

Question 2

Can customers choose their own Gift Card value?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Buyers pick a preset value or enter a custom amount, add the recipient, sender and a personal message, then send it immediately, schedule it for a specific date, or send it to themselves to give in person.

Question 3

How does a Gift Card get redeemed against tickets?

Accepted Answer

The recipient redeems through a supported checkout. Where partial redemption applies, they can spend part of the balance and return later for the rest. Your ticketing system continues to manage tickets, inventory and bookings throughout.

Question 4

What reporting do you get on Gift Cards?

Accepted Answer

Gift Cards sold and value generated, redemption value and volume, outstanding balances, expiry visibility, source attribution, and sales and redemption trends over time, with exports for finance and operations teams.

Question 5

Can our team resend, reissue or refund a Gift Card?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your team can search and manage every issued Gift Card, resend or reissue a card, manage refunds, adjust expiry where required, review card history and answer balance questions, all from one place.

Question 6

Does this work with our existing ticketing system?

Accepted Answer

Gift Cards can sit directly on your website and redemption connects into a supported checkout. Which checkouts are supported depends on your setup, so talk to us about your ticketing system and we will confirm what is possible.
