Pricing that runs itself. You still write the rules.
Automated ticket pricing for events, experiences and attractions. You set the rules, Pricing Genius applies them, and you can see and undo every single change it makes.
Every price change, and exactly why it happened.
Pricing Genius keeps a record of everything it does. Open any change and you can see which rule fired, what set it off, and what the price was before it moved.
Point a rule at exactly the performances you mean.
A rule does not have to apply to everything you sell. Narrow it down to one show, a date range, certain days of the week, or a particular time of day.
Set what makes the price move.
A rule watches something and waits. Stack as many conditions as you want and nothing happens until every one of them is true.
Then decide what actually happens.
Move a price by an amount or a percentage, set it outright, or take a ticket type off sale. Different rules can do different things to different tickets on the same performance.
See what the rules actually earned.
Real-time analytics on everything you have running, so you find out whether a pricing change worked while there is still something you can do about it.
Your team proposes. You approve.
Producers and junior team members can submit rule changes without being able to publish them. Someone with authority approves, and only then does anything reach a live price.
Frequently asked questions
Am I handing over control of my pricing?
No. Nothing happens that you did not write a rule for. There are no black-box recommendations and no model deciding prices on your behalf. Every change is logged with the trigger that caused it, and any of it can be reverted in a single click.
Can prices go down as well as up?
Yes. Rules can decrease a price by an amount or a percentage, or set it outright, which is how most operators fill quiet weekday slots and late availability. You can also show or hide a whole ticket type, so early-bird or day-of tickets appear only when you want them to.
What happens to tickets people have already bought?
Nothing. A price change only applies to tickets sold after it takes effect, so an order that is already complete is never repriced.
Can my team propose changes without being able to publish them?
Yes. Pricing Genius supports an approval step, so a producer or a junior member of the team can submit a rule change and someone with authority approves it before it goes live. The person who submitted it can still see every change the rule goes on to make.
How much extra revenue should we expect?
Operators running Pricing Genius typically grow revenue by around 10%. How quickly you get there depends on how much of your calendar varies in demand, which is exactly what we look at in the demo before anyone signs anything.
