The Theatre Royal Glasgow has one small step up to the entrance, which makes way to level access of the box office, foyer and stalls. There is also a ramp to provide step free access. All of the theatre can be reached via lift access. The theatre has two accessible toilets in the stalls area, as well as one on each of the other areas/levels.
The venue has an infra-red audio enhancement system, and theatre-goers can opt for a headset or necklace. The induction loop necklace is suitable for hearing aids and is worn around the neck, whereas the headset amplifies sound through earpieces like headphones.
