Queens of the Stone Age (sometimes abbreviated to Qotsa), are best known for their hit songs “No One Knows” and “Go with the Flow” from the album that skyrocketed them to success, Songs for the Deaf. Both songs received a Grammy nomination for Best Hard Rock Performance in 2003 and 2004, were nominated again for the same award in 2006 and 2008 for “Little Sister” and “Sick, Sick, Sick”.
Queens of the Stone Age are back on tour again with their latest album Villians, a nine-track blend of their unique rock and alternative metal sound. The highly anticipated seventh album is scheduled for release on August 25th, 2017, with the first single “The Way You Used to Do” raising expectations having been released with the announcement of their tour back in June.
Over the course of their career, Queens of the Stone Age have worked with a plethora of recording artists, from Foo Fighters' Dave Grohl and Arctic Monkeys to Screaming Trees frontman Mark Lanegan.
