Where are my tickets/ event confirmation?

TickX does not sell tickets directly, therefore we cannot your issue your confirmation or the physical ticket. The best way to find out the status of your tickets is to contact the seller directly, you can find a full list of contact information for our ticket sellers here. If you are unsure of your ticket seller, please contact us at hello@tickx.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

What happens if the event is cancelled or if I need to change my order?

If the event has been cancelled or you need to change something to do with your ticket, you will need to contact the ticket seller directly. Find a full list of contact information for our ticket sellers here.

Why do I need a TickX account to get my ticket?

We as our users to create a TickX account so that we can give you the best service possible. If you have any issues with your purchase, having a TickX account helps us to track down your order and ticket seller to help you get things sorted. You can also use your TickX account to keep track of the things you’d like to go to, films you’d like to see and the artists whose tours you want to know about. We can keep you in the loop on everything that matters to you, including the things we know you’ll love.

What is ”˜resale’ and the difference between primary and secondary tickets?

Can I resell my ticket on TickX?

Unfortunately not. TickX is an events and ticket search engine so we don’t buy or sell any tickets directly. However, if you choose to list with one of our trusted resale partners, then your ticket will be listed on TickX via them.

Can I save the events I’m interested in for later?

You can! Once you’ve made a TickX account, simply click the heart icon or ‘Follow’ the things you’re interested in, and you’ll be able to access it all on your personalised discovery page. If you like, we’ll even send you reminders to give you a heads up when the event is getting closer.

Where can I see all the upcoming events for all artists I’ve followed?

You can find all the upcoming events for the artists, teams and shows you’re tracking in your own personalised discovery page. Make sure you logged though, as otherwise you won’t be able to access your followed events.

How do I get tour updates & alerts?

You can change you contact preferences in your profile settings to make sure you are opted in for emails alerts and push notifications.

How do I stop getting emails?

Check your profile settings to control exactly what we send. Choose the kinds of alerts you would like to receive, and how frequently we send them.

How do I leave a review?

Both Google Play and the App Store have a reviews section where you can review the TickX app.

Why is the price on TickX different to the price on the ticket seller?

Whoops! Something must have gone wrong with our system. We make sure that every price shown on TickX is as accurate as possible, but if something slips through do make sure to let us know at hello@tickx.co.uk and we’ll get it sorted right away.

Do you promote secondary tickets?

Every event on TickX will always show the cheapest price first, regardless of it being from our primary or secondary ticketing partners. Our secondary ticketing partners are StubHub, Sports Events 365 and Ticketmaster Resale.
